It doesn't anymore.the problem has been solved.
Didn't they find out it wasn't actually the F22 but instead a combination of flight gear worn by the pilots that caused hypoxia in certain situations?

You do realise the only reason they were able to get close the f22 was because it had a radar enhancer and was not taking bvr shots? In real combat, first they would need to detect the raptor. Best of luck with that!
Also please keep in mind that the F-15, nearly 30 years old and still in service, has chalked up over a 100 kills with zero losses, and the F-22 is leaps ahead of the F-15.
