the word "invited" is quite difficult to digest...anyways, what type of relations do you have with Malyasia, Indonesia, Iran, Japan ? compare the progress with India's relations with some of the mentioned and other countries, a comparative analysis would help you better understand the grave situation we are under.

this is not how it goes in diplomacy that covers 4 decades... it is more like a gradual movement in right direction, with pre-set goals in interests of the Nation and State...

Yes, they didnot play well, be it from Ayub who set the tone of our US-PAK relations, they kept things in their hands when they were not capable of it...

it requires awareness, ordinary people see military intervention as an alternative, and they manipulate this sentiment, so if in any case, be it a civil war, if they dont intervene say for 25 years (5 elections), military interference would not be an option any longer!

Just one thing if they can learn.

Army is not a commercial/economic/political/religious organization or venture. It is an organization whose sole responsibility is to follow orders of the elected government and to follow them efficiently. The generals are supposed to serve the country's interest and NOT rule the country for their own interest.
