How to contest a thread closure on PDF?

Hello,
As it happened the Mr. @The Eagle closed a thread on "Aurat March, 2020" by @Alternatiiv for given reasons which I do respect but certainly disagree. It leads me to wonder, when such things happen can someone, for example me, try to overturn the decision with The Eagle himself or anywhere else? If yes, then how? If no, that's a different story.
I can't reach your profile "The Eagle" and I did not know of anyway other than making a thread to ask
I would request to not please turn this thread into a discussion place about aurat march or whatsoever but just how PDF works.

you can try GHQ and it will be reversed if needed.

There is a General Headquarters section (at the bottom of the forum). You can appeal things there.
