All the best to them, but I feel it must be said that it is forbidden by Muslim law to marry outside your faith for a woman, and for man is it is allowed but not be encouraged i.e. the people of the book.

Everyone having a Muslim name doesn't represent the Islam, not everyone carries out his obligation to Islam as they should. When people in Muslim countries are doing so many sinful things, then obviously a person living in a totally different environment having very low Islamic rule applicable or principles follow on daily basis can get carried away from Islamic values.
