Actually Canadian parliament, Japanese, Korean , British and Indian its even much worse, remember chairs were thrown in such japanese parliament and extreme verbal abuses with fights in the rest named parliament, this is the norm to bully or pressure down oppenentz, but the speaker and govt has to be strong and shun them out cleverly with a strategy, man-up.

These parliaments are not so mature then. I have been following proceedings in Norwegian parliament for the past 20 years. Opposition and government leaders come face to face, to debate with each other everyday, with speakers approval. They speak one on one at the podium and then leave quietly without a single slogan. There is no heckling, shouting, abuse, tantrums, insults of any sort. This is what you call mature parliament

So we will see same scene in future from government and opposition ? and you call it best solution

Yes it will keep happening until both agree the right forum and form of protest. They can just protest in speech which everybody would be forced to hear without uttering a single word in between. Or they can make fish market out of the place with no one listening and everybody shouting like little kids
