In China the poverty line moves up pretty much ever year. What India considers working class is considered below the poverty line in China. Indian population still has African style absolute poverty. We don't have that. We have poverty but not your type of poverty. India is still a 4th world country.

But still why dont one gets to see such huge number of poor people 150 million people in China? where are they hiding? They come in statistics but not in photos and videos of shining glass towers in big cities. Are they not allowed in big cities?

maybe in your country it is easy to judge if a man is rich only by what he wears.but it does not work in China now.a man in smart suit may be has no money in bank.but even the poorest family has TV,motorbike or electric bike.

congrats you got a nice pic of north of Shaanxi province where lack of water.people there love such caves very much for warmer in winter and cooler in summer,and it is very cheap.a big room cost only less than 30000RMB,means a family can has good houses at the cost of less than 100000RMB,cheap!
but 30 million is absolutely wrong,the whole Shaanxi has only about 30 million people,many be tens of thousands.because lands suitable to build such caves are very few
