English is my 3rd language. Unfortunately, due to life pressures, my French have atrophied to uselessness.

Nevertheless, from my experience in this forum, at least half of the Chinese members in this forum, and their supporters, are better English wordsmiths than I am. That means there is no excuse for what the Chinese members post when it comes to their blatant racism. They know EXACTLY what they post and your forum rules are meaningless to them.

There is nothing inherently wrong with asking the entire membership to have some measure of self policing, helping out the admin staff, but when a certain offensive behavior is consistent with a group, then it is time for the admin staff to take proactive actions. Do not wait for anyone to make a 'report' of a particular offensive post.
