How do indian muslims see pakistan.

. .
Yep sounds familiar. People from Jalandhar do the same. We Majhails tend to say "main kamm kitta si" or more likely "main inj kitta vaa"
Main inj Kitta va is how my friends from the city of Gujurat and town of Lalamusa speak

It is spelled as "turban" and yeah you do wear one if you are bald. The point is to keep the body in the state in which it was created and to give a distinct identity so that a Sikh can be identified in a crowd. Exceptions - medical reasons, maybe? Depends on the interpretation of the Sikh, old timers would decline medical attention and prefer to die than have to cut their hair. Most modern Sikhs would ask for forgiveness and get baptized again after getting medical help.

Some do, depends on the Gurdwara where you get baptized but 99.99% don't. They dress like women from other religions but don't cut their hair.

Thanks!

One more question, if you are supposed to keep your body in the state in which it was created do you cut your nails?

We do, there is no restriction on cutting nails. I guess it's seen as similar to dead hairs that get removed while combing the head?

Sorry I am so curious.

Minhas are Rajputs, they would marry other Rajputs in our Punjab with a different last name. In Pakistani Punjab, cousin marriage is common so could be same last name.

Do you use words like "appa" for yourself?

As for FSD Panjabi.

Yaar in samundri distt, they speak Jangli which is hard to even comprehend.
No we don't use the word appa we say Assi or sadda. In UK there is a huge community of Potwari speakers from Mirpur and AJK. There language is a complete mix and doesn't make sense. Example we are going they would say 'assa Julay saa'

No villages have several castes/clans.

Minhas are Rajput.

And Rajputs only marry in other Rajputs.

My grandmother is Minhas, my grandpa is Naru.

Etc.

Arians generally have very negligible land holdings, and are mostly in trading/business.
