The absolute question is.
Who has the right to chose the Caliph? These fanatics should describe the method by which they are planning to establish the Caliphate. If by Caliphate you mean dictatorships of Banu Ummaiyah and Banu Abbas, which are formed by sword and bribery, then may God protect us all from that Khilafah.

Army has no issue with establishment of Caliphate. Many in Army are followers of scholars like Dr Israr. The problem with Hizbul Tahrir is the way they want to achieve this goal. Their method includes getting lot of soldiers on their side and than creating mutiny in Army getting leadership of Army arrested or even worse and than take on Government. This idea is stupid as hell and will not bring Caliphate but would end up destroying the one good institution which we have.

Every govt. Back up is Army. Without Army Back up no govt could sustain for a second. Khilafah is a governing system. We see, US buy our generals, For what ? Bcz she knows Army is the main power.

Hiz- but-tahrir targeted Army for this reason. Their main clash with US and it's capitalism and their holders. This idea is genuine bcz hiz- but-tahrir is a political party and their agenda is a khilafah state, so an any how they will try to achieve their goal. And here Army is the big factor. They want nusrah from Army. As like as aus- khajraj truib gave nusrah prophet (Pbuh). And inside of Army many coup attempt happen , what is behind the pplz eye. What they are doing- they are in the right track bcz they targeted the main point .

And we have life from Prophet to use as example (Good virtues)

• The prayers, fasting and Hajj and Zakat all these items are governed clearly , there are some clear no to "interest" in financial transactions (Most impact is on personal level)

• Rules on wine / pork etc , Protecting abuse against women/children or people

After that the rules to govern wealth , cities (Laws) , taxation (GST) etc came later (Made by People). These will change over time , with different rulers or governers of cities. All the various punishment also were made by human judgement , one can take a example from Sunnah

All these human issues can be adjusted by common consenses

Cold blooded murder vs Self defence ? etc


But end of day these rules will change from generation to generation by consensus of people (The interpretations have been reflected in Sunnah of Prophet as example)

• Islam has flexibility on these items how to govern state affairs for example rules like Women driving , as you know cars were invented later , and any logical person would know it is now part of life , so this aspect has to be integrated into modern society

• Pants , or video games came later so such items have to get integrated into society & laws - i.e No harm to anyone

• Rules regarding property transfer etc , taxes or other item all made by men

• There were no nurses before , there were no Women pilots before , so all these provisions came later into Muslim world

Islam is quite flexible

Normally when you have uneducated folks seeking power in government (They tend to seek formation of councils) and bodies to have influence on government and get perks

Happened in Christianity and I also see it in Islam

Christianity also had these "Theological Champions" that demanded high place in courtrooms and advisory boards of Kings and Queens of old. It is human nature after all

As soon as you take away the perks of "High level Position " from the Theological warriors they feel quite confused they can't comprehend the loss of power they command.

Council of Advisors , the most they contribute to society is availability of necessary laws inline with the modern trends of society

• Example : Wifi got invented , define clearly for society it is 100% ok not satan's work
  
• Example : Government asked me to pay my GST , say it is 100% people do it
  
• Example : Government imposes birth control , say yes due to over population we have to do it
• Example : People love pants , review the pants no harm to society - Approve the law
• Example: Kids are watching Doriamon (Anime) is it ok , yes 100% Approved

That is the only role of "Theological Leaders" / councils examine the modern society and confom acceptable items as part of modern laws of country

• Terrorism (i.e attacking civilians is haram in Islamic Faith) it is role for Theological heads to explain 100% clarity

I just have a opinion , the council such as religion are not suitable for high level but more suitable for low level role on society


With that stated , on a personal level - sure you can spend private time to pray , mediate or be close to you Religion, and also in time of most need for courage

I have seen a lot of Facebook posts from HT activists accusing the Pakistani authorities of kidnapping and torturing HT members. They complain of forced disappearances and other forms of injustice. One such example is Naveed Butt. Another is someone called Dr. iftikhar.

Don't u think US didn't buy but PK generals head? They are making blocks. UK and US. This is the method of Prophet (Pbuh). So u can't deny that . We dn't know when khilafah wuill come. Where Allah(SWT) and Prophet(Pbuh) promised then it will come back again. Now what is the process. It is matter of think. Army isn't a political organization. Aus- Khajraj tribe was Army of MAdina. They give Bayat to Prophet (Pbuh) In the time of Akaba. Then Rasul(SWA) entered Madina and established a khilafah state.

I am asking you- When method is same then y u r telling Army institution will destroy? Army will take power and handover to HT. That is it. Simple calculation.
