Hizb ul Ahrar & Jamat ul Ahrar habe announced that they are merging back into TTP.
Announcement was made by Hizb ul Ahrar spokesperson. This combine front is going to come with it's own set of challenges. HuA has local elements embedded in cities while TTP sits across the border.

Do you have any update regarding "Hizb ut-Tahrir" They claimed to be non-violent jihadis only spreading the word of jihad rather than doing killings. They allegedly had some links with brigadier Ali Khan as well.

Worst Thing about Hizb ut-Tahrir was that it made inroads withing intelligentsia and educated class of Pakistani youth especially universities. I hope their chapter is closed now permanently.

Hizb ut Tahrir has been banned from every Muslim country, i believe, including Pakistan. We did not allow them to establish themselves after witnessing their tactics in the West and Central Asia.

HT is dying out in the West. However they are active in India and BD.

Most of them are political and not very religious.

However that is unrelated to this topic.

Comes as no surprise as its the merger season.

First, it was BRAS. Then BRAS developed bonhomie with SRA. The fact these mergers are coming together in 2020 points to the fact that the sponsor of these elements is in a financial crunch hence the streamlining of organisations, and their supposed funding.

That is because India is very weak now and so they are trying ro recreate the era of instability and bomb blasta whixh Pakistan has just come out of.

The Indian intelligence agency RAW and the Afghan security agency NDS have started liaising with banned organizations to target Pakistani security agencies. Both intelligence agencies RAW and NDS are trying to unite the banned Tehreek-e-Taliban Pakistan (TTP) and other insurgent groups against Pakistan.

There were also reports of meetings between the representatives of RAW and NDS and Jamaat-ul-Ahrar and Hizb-ul-Ahrar.

Sources said that the Indian and Afghan spy agencies officials held a meeting with banned organizations in Paktika and Kuntar on August 16, which was attended by the representatives of Tehreek-e-Taliban Pakistan, Jamaat-ul-Ahrar and Hizb-ul-Ahrar.

The meetings was attended by Ikramullah Turabi of Jamaat-ul-Ahrar, who was recently released on bail by a court. Turabi was arrested by ISAF in Afghanistan on December 13 and handed was over to Pakistan.

The meeting decided to attack the Pakistan Army, Police, Rangers, FC and other law enforcement agencies. It is pertinent here to mention that RAW and NDS are also major obstacles to lasting peace in Afghanistan. A nefarious conspiracy has been hatched to sabotage the joint efforts of Pakistan and the United States.

The hostile Indian and Afghan agencies also conspired not to reveal the venue of the meeting through Maulvi Rafi-ud-Din alias Abu Hamza. The agencies have directed the banned organizations not to disclose the venues of the meetings in Paktika and Kuntar, rather, it should be revealed that the meeting took place somewhere in Pakistan and by doing so, all the blame will fall on Pakistan.

ISI need to tackle the issue. In France we have a top secret service among the intelligence services : Service Action. Its role is to eliminate target wherever they are.
After the Karachi attack where french engineers were killed, we heard about 2 Pakistanis High officers had their legs broken in car accidents.

In France, rumors said that the accident was “made” by this service.

So if they can have such team, why not us ? Maybe we already have... then... need some actions.

In a bid to carry out attacks in Pakistan and disturb peace efforts in Afghanistan, three banned militant outfits formed an alliance under the supervision of India’s Research and Analysis Wing (RAW) and Afghanistan’s National Directorate of Security (NDS).

The representatives of the outlawed organisations including Tehreek-i-Taliban Pakistan (TTP), Jamaat-ul-Ahrar and Hizbul Ahrar, had held a meeting in an undisclosed location in Afghanistan’s Paktia and Kunar provinces on August 16 which were also attended by the officials of RAW and NDS, sources told ARY News.

The conspirators had attempted to give an impression that the said meeting was held in Pakistan despite its organisation somewhere in Afghanistan.

It has been exposed that the militant outfits have decided to regroup Tehreek-i-Taliban Pakistan (TTP) during the meeting held on Afghanistan soil. Moreover, the RAW and NDS-sponsored alliance had planned to sabotage ongoing efforts of establishing durable peace in Afghanistan by Pakistan and the United States (US), added sources.


One of the suspects in former prime minister Benazir Bhutto assassination case, Ikramullah Turabi, was also seen in the meeting. During the tenure of Nawaz Sharif, a Pakistan People’s Party (PPP) senior leader and lawmaker Rehman Malik had demanded to place Ikramullah’s name on the Exit Control List (ECL).

It is pertinent to mention here that Ikramullah had been handed over to Pakistan by coalition forces in Afghanistan and later he was released on bail before leaving to Afghanistan to rejoin the militant outfit in Afghanistan.

This has been going on ever since the military courts ceased to function

That is because India is very weak now and so they are trying ro recreate the era of instability and bomb blasta whixh Pakistan has just come out of.

I believe the financial turmoil is one of the driving factors.

Though these alliances/mergers are also an admission on part of these groups that their ability to operate freely in urban and rural areas has been degraded badly due to WoT, RuF and IBOs. Hence, they are forming alliances/mergers to complement each other's networks and regain the ability to carry out attacks in Pakistan.

The question is will Pakistan wait for them to attack or go on the offence?
