Forget terror strike for a moment. What about the criminals who did that horrific Delhi bus gang rape? If that happened to a close friend or family member, would they or would they not ask for death penalty?

They are against military action against terrorists just like they are against hangings. What they a view it as is execution without trial and before the "terrorist" does his deed. The way they protest, One should expect the terrorist should kill a HRW guy first or a few civilians or uniforms before we get a chance to kill them.
