Yes, that is a far better option. But I have a thick skin. I find the rabid anti India and anti Hindu innuendos ok - because that is the best I expect from them. Now don't take me wrong - on an individual level they may be good folks, but when clubbed together... And of course, anti Hinduism and anti India rhetoric and even paranoia is acceptable and NOT frowned upon. So I am enjoying from the sidelines.

In any case, unless you criticize Islam strongly(they will tolerate you abusing Pakistan to a large extent) they won't be banning folks. They NEED the massive Indian traffic. It makes perfect business sense and I admire Ahsan's rationality.

I AM an administrator on the forum www.defence.pk/forums. It is the largest online community discussing political matters about Pakistan. As you know, the government of India has gone on a rampage to ban various websites, which it claims were spreading false rumours. It has‘leaked’ a list of these websites online and ours is on it.

This has motivated cyber attacks from India’s cyber criminals against websites on that list. We have been facing distributed denial of service attacks (DDoS) since this list was leaked and these attacks are quite large. We, being of limited resources, are struggling just to keep ourselves alive and running.

To put things in perspective, the DDoS is at a rate most DDoS mitigation services don’t even offer a package that big to prevent it.

We are spending at a rate of close to$20,000 a year just to survive. About the government of India’s claim, we as an organisation support freedom of speech. Our users are free to criticise or support any cause whether that is for or against India or for or against Pakistan, for that matter.

The validity of these claims cannot always be editorialised but people are free to counteract such claims. I would hope to get the Indian government to reconsider and realise we are not doing anything shady but upholding noble ideals by allowing free debate.

This is where you are wrong. My criticisms are harsh. But don't take it personally. What I am saying is that you DON'T have free speech and equal rights. You have the illusion of free speech and equal rights. Indians and even non Muslim Indians are second class here - just like they are in an Islamic state/society. Even I don't condone strong statements - but understand the message underlying it. Sorry if you were offended, I did not intend to do so.

Yeah, that 26/11 was one hell of a false flag operation. I mean, just look at attention to detail. Got people from Pakistan to call on satelite phones, got the Pakistani govt to acknowledge that the people were from Pakistan. Got the US to arrest and prosecute a guy for his involvement. Even shot some Jews just to give the operation some authentic Islamist flavor. Amazing attention to detail. But all our efforts have come to nought because Horus figured us out. 1. Don't have to go along with it. Ignore it. A non Muslimophobe rant does not make it true.
2. Learn the lessons - know how much we are 'loved' there and spread the message in the real world. That's what I do. The Hinduphobic rants of Horus is a helpful proof, I admit. His 'Admin' post helps.

A virtual forum has almost no value. We know where India stands on the real Global arena. I know that and I am confident about it. Take this as an opportunity to educate the gullible countrymen of India about the realities we face. Most importantly - those Aman ki asha and 'sickular' type folks. Also read Sun Tzu - you will understand what I do and why I do so.
