He is a businessman who become a local leader in Surakarta. He is regarded as both successful and clean by the media and become a media darling for couple of years. Due to his popularity he get elected by Jakarta people to become Jakarta Governor. After becoming Jakarta Governor for just 3 years (it should be 5 years) he runs for presidency and won. Unlike previous administration, none of his minister conduct any corruption. Overall, his administration is clean and success.

Good luck to you all who expect great things from IK. He has come to power because how bad the opposition was and not because how good he is. It will take the new gov huge amount of time to patch up the ship to stop it from sinking but will the Pakistani people have the patience to stick it out? After the celebrations the Pakistani people will come back down to earth with a solid thump and when they come out their dream they will realise nothing has changed and nothing is going to change in their life time other than some cheap yahudee money to drug them into a false sense of security and hope. Seems like another cycle of false hope and marshal law is coming.

You need to be realistic. Law makers can only change the laws and it's up to the people to follow them. To change the mindset of the people it takes generations. When you come out of your dream the poor will still be poor and the rich will be rich , the change you want needs to come from within you.
