More like 50%. The Princess in her post has only posted the top 10 countries. India got $80 billion in remittances in 2018, the gulf states accounted for 37 billion out of that. Maybe 2-3 billion more from Bahran, Malaysia which brings us to about 40 billion. And nothing wrong in what the guy said. A large number of these 70% indians are muslim.

Top sender of remittance to India are Muslim countries, that no sanghi/hindu terrorist/symatheirs can deny.

On what basis you are making an "educated guess" ? Any study done on this? any figures from government on India? or that is something you perceived in your own wisdom, trying to convence yourself and your likeminded Indians?

All I know, talking to family members living in UAE, most of the Indians there are Hindus!

I have friends in Dubai etc too. Some of them are muslims.

Among the better paying white collar jobs and businesses, it is very likely that they'll be majority Hindus but a LOT of cheap construction slave labour from India also works there on a variety of projects, a big percentage of them are very likely Muslims. There's a whole industry in Kerala set up to get people over to the middle east, lots of muslims there.

I am least bothered about the makeup of Indians making their living in GCC but its you and your kind suggesting the majority of them are Indian Muslims!

What I am more interested in the fact that major chunk of remittance send to India comes from Muslim countries, and perhaps the reason why a Hindu terrorist like Modi immediately cowed down and Indian ambassador to UAE told the Hindu Indians working in UAE to behave.
