On one hand he says that Muslims cannot live with non-Muslims because it affects and dilutes and corrupts their faith. On the other he quotes verses which call for religious harmony.

He doesnt understand the concept of Hinduism - ranting ignorantly about a "crore Gods".

Discriminates against the Sufis - the version followed by the majority of Kashmiris.

Is virulently anti-American and yet wants to accede to Pakistan - the beloved ally of US.

Says there is no 'true' Islamic state, clearly says that Pakistan isnt Islamic and yet wants to join it. (I really woner what kind of Islam he has in store for Pakistan - seems like hes gonna be talibunny's ****!)

Hindus and Muslims cannot form one state. Sounds very familiar! Wait where have we heard this before.....oh yes! Here

The Two Nation theory was given by Sir Syed Ahmed Khan long before any body thought of Pakistan when it was a united India.

The main purpose was to protect the rights of Muslims who were in danger of not having equal rights,opportunities,social status being governed by majority Hindus who became very influential when 1857 rebellion took place.Muslims were literally driven to stone age(had no jobs didn't took,British education,became poor etc.)

So the purpose of the theory was because Muslims had different religion,traditions and couldn't live the life like Hindus Muslims should have a separate state when British leave the United India.

The two nation theory was for United India,Since Kashmir is still disputed and not a part of "the new India" the two nation theory still applies there.

no it's really not so hard to fathom; i think you are just a bit confused on the matter

as for Pakistan & world, world knows our position on Kashmir; many other concurrent issues so they show no real desire to intervene. It's not a problem for us, though it does ensure no relief from status-quo.

status-quo is that Kashmir is yet to be resolved as per the wishes of Kashmiri peoples. Clocks still tickin away; the people in occupied Kashmir are becoming more outspoken

They belong to the land they call Kashmir, though any Kashmir on either side of the LoC can assuredly traverse any iota of Pakistan Nation without pressure or constraints as we consider it as much their country as ours. They already know this.
