Israel is an extension of Anglo-Saxon hegemony, essentially, not much different than US/UK. Same race, same ideals, same culture, and same strategy. It is just an extension of US which is an extension of UK.

Israel was in danger in 67 and 73 yet they didn't ask for Western troops. I am sure Anglo countries would send if Israel asked. They sent troops to protect the Gulf countries.
