Well, My conclusion has been Indians in general do not have the appetite to fight. It doesn't matter if it's kargil, or soldiers heads being chopped off, civilians being blown to bits in hotels, bus stations or bakeries.There are so many of us in number that life of a common man is quite cheap, cheaper than making headlines in NYtimes, or WSJ, cheaper than a handshake from Pakistani premier and his boss, cheaper than getting a nod or a wink from the POTUS....

This impotency of national policy manifests itself in the false bravado of generating such cheap content. Just feel pity for us rather than rubbing this impotency in our faces. Just smile and smirk at our cost!

Sorry man, I am 33 years old, I have seen bombings after bombings, Kargil, grenade attacks, proxy war all that you can count. I have zero expectations from government of India and the civilians alike.
As soon as there is insinuation of conflict from other side, we the common man start to crunch the numbers on sensex, nifty, fdi, commodities etc. thats who we are, there is no changing that.

i am sure but I doubt Indian army has this much asymmetric capability, Myanmar case is pretty different cant compare Indian special forces raid there to India pakistan scenario. Lets see what kind of strategy Indian military designs. Wait and watch.

i am not sure economy will suffer much if India start operating the way pakistani army operates, if I was Indian army I would have though anyway our jwaans are being martyred inside their camps by pakistanis why not take risk and train and send them across the border? Why cant Indian army give special forces cover and try to take our pakistani army posts near LOC or International border?
rest I also have zero expectations seems like Indian army has lost its appetite for revenge.
