All your winter clothing was purchased second hand in the US, and if this is considered Indian high tech, I wonder if the Americans wash their rubbish when they hand it over to you.

Used clothing are combat proven. They are also softer once some one has worn them. Got a problem with that? Here in the States Goodwill sends out millions of combat proven clothing every year. Not everyone appreciate them though. Maybe we could donate some to the Uber high tech Indian Army.
