This is my map from a few years ago. Since then i moved considerably to the right in terms of economics, something my socialist grandfather finds horrifying. Also i think the scale is somewhat imperfect since it does not include political/civic freedoms.

Hmmm, I remember a few years ago I had a similar left wing figure but wasn't as Authoritarian.

I'm not really surprised by that. I still keep my traditional moral and spiritual values. I've been economically left since I can't remember. I always liked the Robin Hood idea of taking money from the rich and giving it back to the poor, which I don't consider as theft.

But look, we have similar Authoritarian beliefs lol.

As for the Authoritarian belief, i credit this to observational and environmental learning.

We Japanese tend to be pro-authoritarian in nature, it is imbedded in our Bushido social construct -- which defines Japanese society as a whole.
