Help Needed - NADRA

I have a friend whose mum needs to visit Pakistan urgently but she does not have NADRA Card. He went to the consulate in UK but got no where. Does anybody have any info or any contacts in the embassy/consulates who could help?

Any help would be appreciated very much. Thanks.

I have people in Pakistan. That is not a problem but we are in UK and need the NADRA card and Pak passport sorted out here. BTW My Urdu is very weak. Anyway thanks. Maybe I was hoping to get lucky. About 10 years ago while on flight back from PK my fellow passenger turned out to be son of Consulate official here in UK. That was of lot of help but now he has moved on.

why he dont visit high commission Pakistan in London? I am going there for renewal of my Pakistani passport this week

Not in the south. Just they asked for stupid things. Like marriage cert., and other details from 1940s. You know how many marriage ceruficates were issued in the mountains in 1940s.

I did not get it . He/she went in Pakistani high commission in london? She/He never had any Pakistani ID card or passport before? Obviously they would need some documents to verify his/her Pakistani nationality if they are making it first time. Many people in past made fake Nadra ID cards so they are bit strict now
