If your economy eventually allows you to complete all four Istanbul class,then you can see about making even one TF-2000. Because you'll also have to equip and maintain 2 aircraft carriers. 4 MEKO-200 Frigates will be modernized with most modern systems and weapons until 2025 to match with Hellenic Navy 3+1 FDI Frigates

And yet you want more S-400s and SAMP-T.

because SIPER block-0 has no Ballistic Missile interception capability
in 2027 , SIPER block-1 will have Ballistic Missile interception capability

S400 has Ballistic Missile interception capability also S400 has 380km firing range while SIPER block-0 has 100 km firing range

and Turkiye doesnt want to buy SAMP-T which has no Ballistic Missile interception capability up to 3.000 km
