p.s. I do own an HK416, obviously not in Pakistan. I also own an LWRC M6A2 as well as the civilian version of G36 (SL8-6).

Yes, legally you can own an M4 but it has to be a semi-automatic.

As far as the sniper rifle is concerned, You can get a B.R.N.O .243 calibre sniper rifle easily anywhere in Pakistan. Ranging from 70 to 90k. Basically, you can get any hunting rifle and buy a scope for it and viola! you have yourself a sniper rifle. I own a 7mm bolt action sniper rifle myself.
