I am just curious why we have not created multiple factories (Sindh/KPK/Bluchistan) you know why put all eggs in one basket and area

To me it feels like a strategic folly that we have not created multiple branches for same factory spread across different provinces

Kinda like parking all your Orion planes in one spot

It would make better sense to have 4-5 Factories which produce Heavy Defence products from all 4 provinces etc

Considering Pakistan is a quite a large decent size nation we could easily make 4-5 Texila type factories and KAMRA like facilities spread across all 4 povinces and increase production

So if lets say there is electricity shortfall in one area or province the other 4 are still operational

The work being done at KAMRA/TEXILA is 100% commendable however not diversifying the production facility is an area we need to improve

>5 KAMRA Aeronautical factories / production areas
>5 Texila Like factories

The amount of $$ we would waste on those SUPER COBRA what was it 2 Billion dollars , can easily be used to expand KAMRA and Texila like setup in Provinces of Pakistan instead of silly 14 choppers. You can literally take the Money saved from those 12 Cobra helicopters and then setup 5 Heavy Weapon's factories across Pakistan same quality. Sure it will take 1-5 years of training for new staff but at least there would be better production numbers

@Quwa yo can you make one of those profile articles for the al-Khalid?

I've seen a lot of (unreliable) media say the tank as a whole is a joint venture.
But the tank is not listed under HIT's joint venture product list.
And apparently no joint production workshare like there is for the jf-17.
On top of that you have sources like army recognition saying the tank was developed and manufactured in Pakistan and saying China exports a "similar vehicle" , essentially saying the mbt-2000 is a diffferent tank.

You have China now producing the Mbt-3000 while Pakistan is now developing AK-1 and AK-2 independently without working with each other.

So if you could clear that up that would be great.

Frankly, I find these 'Military' News shows pathetic. Armed forces should be more selective in their projection on news media. Such shows mostly try to show the prowess of the 'news anchor' than highlighting the abilities of the forces. These half minded political tarnished TV anchors with zero background in military equipment actually make a mockery of the men and material they show on their channels

i wonder if they use pulsed welder machine, the pro welders are now using this feature it makes welding beads alot smoother and cleaner, plus better strength. i tend to look into the background to see what tools,machines, methods they use rather than finished product. However i couldnt make out what type of brand/model welder, they were using, could be lincoln stick/arc welder.

This welder is quality but it costs approx 1500 dollars. can do arc/mig/tig pulsed etc and is software controlled.
