One thing about heat stroke is you won't know it happens until it's too late, simply the condition outside would make you think you are carry on as normal and impede your decision making ability. Simply saying the symptom of heat stoke is exactly the same you would expect when you are under a hot sun. Sweating, lethargy and dehydration.
Heat stroke do not kills people, it's the dehydrating condition that get to you, once your body enter a dehydrating condition, your internal organ started to shut down to preserve its function, and once it's your kidney stop working, basically you build up toxin inside your body and within 1 to 3 hours, you will die from an cardiac arrest.
Solution is simple, drink heck a lot of water. It is estimated if you are to exercise or are active directly under a hot sun, you need to have 8 times of normal water uptake to keep yourselves from dehydration, it would most likely require 1 Litre of water per hour of labour. Drink even if you not feeling thirsty, because your body will tell you that you already had enough as it was normally accustomed to, but not under extreme heat condition.
