Pakistan Navy has paid about US$20 million for this aircraft which is to be used for the ferrying of the Naval Chief between NHQ and Karachi!

unlike the PAF and PA, this is the 1st VIP/Communications a/c in PN service.

Military VIP transport in Pakistan basically have pretty much the same requirements, so why all these different aircraft? We have citation, Embraer, Dassault and now Hawker - I don't get it.

- Note: Although the first aircraft from an order of 4 was handed-over in Pakistan in late August 2010, it then returned to Dallas, TX for the installation of a VIP-specification interior. It is believed that the 3 outstanding examples from this order will be configured with 'special mission' equipment for a surveillance role.
