On the contrary, Pakistan gained so much from the instability in Afghanistan. Be it using proxies against India, or getting funds from the US including sophisticated weapons including jets/choppers. Now the issue is too big for you to handle alone, and there is a mass migration from problematic Afghanistan to Pakistan.
It’s named because of the second reason I mentioned - Afghanistans continued desire to overturn an internationally recognized border and claim Pakistani land. During the ceasefire Afghan Taliban militants crawled out of the woodwork to take ‘selfies’ with the ANA and were everywhere. There’s even a video of the Afghan Taliban leadership meeting Afghans during Eid, in Afghanistan! Large parts of Afghanistan remain under the control of the Afghan Taliban per NATO & Afghan estimates.
Pakistan did not plan the US invasion of Afghanistan (which is what resulted in FMF sales from the US). And Pakistan has paid a many magnitudes larger price as a result of that invasion than all US aid to Pakistan combined throughout its history.

True to a certain extent they had to go through Pakistan to get to Bharat. But remember that most (Afghans) Pukhtoons are from Pakistan and many Afghan Empires included Pakistan as well many important (Afghans) Pukhtoons were from Pakistan.
