And Dragon have happened in Viet culture thousands of years ago ( Vietnamese people originated from the marriage of a dragon father and a fairy mother who had 100 sons... ) long long befor Huaxian Kings proclaimed themselves as Dragon.

It is still called the Chinese Dragon, not the Vietnamese Dragon.
