Yes external factors can accelerate it a little bit but if you do not have the gene turned on you won't suffer much hair loss. Not the classical mpb anyway.

You will only suffer mpb if your sensitive to dht.

I doubt Asians (Chinese,Indians,Pakistanis) have higher mpb rates compared to Westerners.
