I have read it . but i ask again do you have any source which says rao smiled and sat back . you see you are trying to create the perception that the congress approved this , i for one do not agree . give me a source which says so .

Mate i have been involved in politics for the past 17 yrs. , ever one here knows i an a Maharashtra pradesh congress worker. i have seen and worked 3 general elections and 4 assembly elections. i know about all types of backroom deals . but to say rao was involved is wrong. i know other congress ministers at the time who were glad it happened . but rao ... nope.!!!!!
