This is problem with Indians they “lol” at anything that doesn’t fit their narrative or train of thought hence they have to run around like the posters brother to Canada or else where like a gypsy. Longer run it’s becoming just as expensive for these companies to keep barring costs and will hire US because it’ll make no difference.

We’ve already seen in Boeing’s case what cheap and sub standard quality has done to save a few million they’ve lost billions hiring graduates at $9-hour.

He’s failed to see the America First approach and hopefully Trump wins.

Please come back when any such bill is passed. I have lived in US for 6 years before returning to India. I have a brother who lived in US till 6 months ago who relocated to Canada (with PR) by his own company bearing all expenses with his US salary intact. That's how companies are coping with uncertain regulations. A lot of my friends are looking at Canada as an option. These are all US educated highly qualified professionals. US companies can seldom let them go.

And let your friends draft a proposal, it'll fall flat on their face. Lol.

I’m in favor of killing this and on top of this also work permit for spouses of H1-B visas. These Pajeets just smooch of the system like leeches.

And also they should stop issuing Green Cards to citizens of US who are not born here...The familly based GC is a scope of largest fraud where one person gets 4-6 familly members...


I have not followed the immigration process of late, but if i heard our Gov is trying to finish familly green card and convert H1b for students from US university only..

Yes, those who call their parents who are 60+ years old and useless which is big with Pajeet community. Overweight females with diabetes and stuff, we can’t have those here.

The other one is called birth right citizenship should be tossed out as well. If a parent is a citizen only that should be transferred to the child.

US immigrant policy is to lenient and needs tightening of screws.

Soon it’ll come to the point where the Democratic Party will have to support the Republicans as future politics will be far right and US being majority white the Demos can’t lose that base entirely.

I generally don’t have an issue with US business leveraging overseas manpower (outsourcing).
Can expense reports be processed in the Philippines or India ? Sure, as an investor it makes sense to offshore non value add administrative tasks. Frankly, I don’t think we have enough people to bring all these jobs back to America anyway.

Majority of these tasks are now automated anyways, even if their exported I don’t have an issue. The issue is bringing those cheap substandard labor and killing job prospects of newly US grad students. As we seem with the last election this sentiment of foreign labor taking American jobs propelled Trump to power and will likely do so again.

Who ever said anything about super power. We are a big market and American companies would like to participate in it. Is this hard for you to understand? This lack of understanding of 'who stand at where' is the reason for your foreign policy failures. You cannot understand economics but only emotions. And you feel entire world feels the same way you do about India. Automation is a bigger threat than immigrants. Nobody cares about automation. How many jobs do you think immigrants take? 10%? 20%? Automation will wipe out at least 50%.

Immigrants pay taxes and robots don't. The anti-immigrant sentiment excuse is so old and its such a cheap cop out. If America didn't have immigrants, it would be China ruling the world right now.

If you don't want others to be able to immigrate, then neither should you. Want for others what you want for yourself.

I verified your reality by looking at a report of one American firm that employs 200,000 Indians in India. There are many more, if you include American firms that are incorporated in tax havens such as the Dutch Antilles,Ireland or Panama but are headquartered in the US of A.
I also looked into data of the number of American businesses that outsource to India. The numbers are staggering and will make a big dent in the 40% of Indian job market.

sure from historically low unemployment rates in February to 16 million unemployed in April due to COVID. Now is not normal, I know for a fact that a broad ban on outsourcing will make American businesses uncompetitive.

US is still the best place to immigrate..But you can not get any job after passing out of US universities due to visa restrictions.So you should only invest in higher study in unr getting into any ivy league college..Otherwise it is a risk item for you.

Have already got an admit and this bill hasn't been passed yet. If it gets passed, then I'll have to cancel my plans as the 3 year OPT is required to pay off the loan.

People like you or me who are part of American system may think the same way but corporate are not ready to dent their balance sheet for showing concern to people.

Rather, i am hearing that many of their jobs are planned to get outsourced completely to India and Philipines.
