The "mass graves" that were uncovered was by none other than the government itself. We've been fighting and deterring these losers and your country for more than 60 years now. I should think the causalities and the collateral damages would stack up a bit.

LOL..wikipedia.... Khan of Kalat (Kalat was a seperate state) acceded to Pakistan after meeting Jinnah sahib at karachi.. it was his brother who started resistance... gave it up after he was confirmed of amnesty by GoP... but still he was put in jail... which was a crappy decision as always...
