And therein lies the crux of what I tried to say. To send a Government which is chronically into appeasement, one need not elect a guy who'll always be under the cloud on charges of harassment. The party from which the said person is contesting had similar, tarnish-free members at it's disposal if it so chose to project them. If you'll go back to first post on this thread, you'll find this is what I've tried to say in my own, bumbling way.
