I'll take a shot:

1.) Ethno-religious fault-lines begging to be exploited in India remain unleveraged by Pakistani intelligence.

You`re quite right,the caption should read:
We can clearly see from the motorcycle lying at a slight angle in the right hand side of the picture that there has been a traffic accident of some kind resulting in the rider being thrown off and sustaining critical head injuries,we can see this by the obvious way that he is clutching his head.It is highly likely that he has sustained a life threatening sub dural hematoma and that the individuals in the picture standing over him are emergency first responders attempting to offer life saving medical aid.The individual with the hammer looks to be in the process of using it to perform an emergency craniotomy on the injured man in an attempt to relive the pressure on his brain caused by the sub dural hematoma.
Naturally this is a rather risky surgical procedure performed with unsuitable instruments under less than ideal conditions of cleanliness,but a mans life is at stake.
I hope this provides a sobering lesson to those of you here on this forum who race around on motorcycles without even a crash helmet to protect you.

Do you realize your all 'facts' contradicts with the picture above?
