I already argued earlier that a countries educational institutions cannot be judged by their paper ranking. it must be judged by thier demand. as i showed earlier, india ranks 4 in demand by foreign students, well above china. although on paper, chinese universities are ahead.

I think one of the Problem is Mods are to Liberal on this site, it's probably the most free of World Defense network and other sites you have Religions insulted, Flame wars, Racism and other things I believe we had more mods and stricter rules it would be a better place.
