I see this topic scientifically and something that Nature itself dictates. Anyone over the age of 13 should be considered adult for all practical purposes. The same facilities as an adult and for any crime, the same punishment as an adult.

The modern Western, feminist idea of people becoming super-genius the moment they turn the voting age of 18 is not scientific and is plainly ridiculous.

That is a good question. There are two parts to your question.

1. The first part is the age. I will say 13 or 14. But this will require a changed education system where the people are taught more than they are now

2. Do we really need to have the traditional system of voting for a party ( "Representative Democracy" used in Britain, India, Pakistan etc ) or should we have a system where the people can directly participate in the running of society ( "Direct Democracy" used in Libyan Jamahiriya, Switzerland ) ?? Voting individually on issues rather than for parties. Please go through this document to understand how the pre-2011 Libya worked. The system was called Jamahiriya or The Third Universal Theory.
