Qatar is not a 1st rank ally. They are camel drivers, know nothing and let their planes to foreign pilots : you can be sure that the Qatar Rafale (as Egypt ones) are not delivered with 100% of their french capacity.
It is not the case of India or Greece.

The problem with talking about engaging a system like the S400 is that it won't just be alone in the middle of an open field. It have an entire network of smaller air defenses around it. Having short and medium anti air systems backing up the $400 make it significantly more dangerous as it's much harder to directly attack.

TURKEY will deploy S-400 to protect its strategic Infrastructure only. not on front lines
Greece will not waste its time in taking it out.Just bypass it and for that purpose Scalp will prove handy as we saw in Russia Ukraine war.
Storm shadows were able to hit S-400 protected Russian military HQ.
Rafael with Scalp is a significant offensive capability boost for Greece.
Turkish Military's Rear end, its logistic hubs will always be at risk of being targeted and that too from any direction.
Their supply will not be an issue if Greece can play its christianity card with Europe correctly in its war with Turkey otherwise given the size of Turkish Defence Industry,they will never be able to win the war.At best it will be a stalemate.
