General rule of warfare, if you take over a country or try to take over a country, you are responsible for treating the civilians with respect, they have the RIGHT to move to your country. NATO is trying to take over Syria to put in a puppet regime, they have the FULL responsibility to take care of every refugee fleeing being bombed and shot at by NATO sponsored terrorists.

Of the NATO countries, turkey is the most responsible for destabilizing Syria as well as Libya and Iraq and hence should take all refugees with unlimited cost to their economy and people
