The Jewish part in my post was an exaggeration and got the idea from 'Big bang Theory' ..but Muslims I know personally. Not to mention your father of nation was rumored to have a liking for pork.

See that is the problem, I don't have problem with their choice of not wanting to eat meat when they are around me, but wtf is their problem with me wanting to eat meat?

On a side note, I know quite a number of Pakistani Muslims here in Canada, and more than 50% of them get drunk on weekends. The world is full of hypocrisy when it comes to religion, at least that is what I have noticed.

Both are mutually exclusive..eventhough vegeterians in India are not like the ones in the west and to my experience doesn't try to impose their beliefs on you.

As said earlier in the thread...Indians/Hindus being vegetarian is a myth. Except for Brahmins (except for some areas) & orthodox Hindus majority of Hindus are non-veg ranging from eating eggs to eating beef in Kerala.

That's one hundred percent cow in that meat patty.

Not all Hindus are vegetarians(in fact a very small percentage of them is), and those who do eat non-veg ..will eat meat meat, chicken, fish or even even beef in some cases.

It is all about personal choice.
