When the tools of production aren't in place, how do you expect production or you come and setup a unit and set an example for lazy Pakistanis how the job is done.

I'm sorry if you find the truth as bitter but the fact is many Pakistanis want everything for free or cheap from govt. Petrol prices are one of the cheapest in Pakistan whereas in other south asian or developing countries it is higher, minimum wage is higher in Pakistan compared to nations that are on similar poverty level, electricity theft is favorite time pass of our own Pakistani citizens due to which Pakistan is facing huge circular debt, while there is poverty and less jobs but baby boom is like an sport which create further poverty and unemployment, etc etc. We are fond of "imported" maal, even if it is worst quality than our own Pakistani made. How does people like you expect the govt to take care of all this $h1t?

Your entire post is just rant develop by reading crap here and there. The fact is that Pakistani minimum wages is way higher than other regional and similar poor nations, why would a company do business here in Pakistan if they have to pay higher wages?

Similarly people in Pakistan expect govt to provide them subsidy on petrol/gasoline, whereas govt try to cover up the cost from industries and businesses, why would govt provide cheap petrol/gasoline for citizens who use cars to go from point a to point b when infact they can use a bucycle? This petrol is one of the top reasons of trade deficit of 27billion $. Pakistan's gas rates are cheaper than France, UK, Germany, India, Bangladesh, China, US, Afghanistan and slightly more expensive than Saudi Arab, Iran, etc (countries that produce oil).

I don't have to say much about electricity choors of Pakistan, seems like good amount of citizen are involved in this. Whole circular debt is due to it.

But more than half of that cost is due to the “allowed cost” of power theft. The actual cost of theft somewhat exceeds that number.

IMF is not an option. Sit down with China and KSA and seek a bailout package. Whatever China and KSA demand cannot be worse than IMF. There is always room to negotiate.
