It is time we need an amendment where anyone accusing should be given 15 days to provide the evidence, otherwise the penalty should be so severe to freeze people like Marvi sermad, Gul Bukhari and other traitors alike. This way genuine grievances will be addressed and sponsored people with malafide intent should be executed.

Dear its not military vs civilians it should be case for every one .e.g if some one alleged a politician he should bring him to court as well ,Regarding Millitary there are cases where Jahangir Karamat enjoys in US ,Musharaf in Dubai with billion of dollars , Kiyaani the island holder in Australia most recently the Bajwa sb with Pizza business .So if some one alleges some one he needs to bring evidence but on the other hand other party has to provide documents as well

On topic with regards to our armed forces, I think it is very fair if some one comes up with a story he/she should be given 15 days to provide evidence. Otherwise if delibrate propaganda/misinformation is found should be executed.
Like Marvi Sarmid with her recent claim 'army men raped at Lahore motorway', if it is found otherwise she should be skinned alive in public.

Army is not a political entity, there is only one army so mudslinging and weakening the institution is like playing into the hands of the enemy. Genuine complaints should be handled in a discrete way. For this matter accountability within the army should be strengthened and handled discretely within its own structure, as happens around the world. That is why I said it is necessary to have a law where accusations without proof should carry severe punishments.
I quoted you a recent example of Marvi Sirmid, she should be given 15 days to provide proof of her shameful accusation otherwise should be made an example of. What is wrong in what I said?

Agreed totally agreed .All those who malign our institutions should be dealt with ,but firstly we have to clean our house as well ,There are many examples of this and in the end we cant do any thing .But you are absolutely right no body is allowed to defame /accuse any one with out evidence.
For internal system of Army i agree with you and this recent case of Bajco im sure Internally Armed forces will investigate this matter as well .
