They are blacklisted for obvious reasons. Hindu terrorists get to go the Parliament whereas even the muslim terror suspects languish in jails for decades. So the differential treatment is obvious, Isn't? A muslim accused of assaulting medical staff is slapped with NSA while when the same crime committed by a Hindu gets away with some other lesser charges... So stick that hypocrisy up yours.
