At the moment, he's busy consolidating power, once he has his own mafia in police and army, he'll use article 243 of constitution to appoint any XYZ as new ISI chief.

On the subject matter.. decision is beyond his jurisdiction, it's matter of national security.. and all matters of national interest and security must be validated through referendum.

How can there be any referendrum now?
Both the countries have declared the part under their control as integral part of their country. And are allowing non kashmiris to settle in Kashmir.

So who so ever has what ever part remains with it ..unless there is major war that physically alter the borders of kashmir.

Kashmir issue for all intents and purposes is resolved.

Absolutely support it as the region has not been given rights for a long period of time. Since the mid 1800s infact. They deserve the rights of a province and they willfully joined our territory so we must reciprocate the trust they placed with us

Chal. The Gilgit Baltistanis aren't lab rats that we can keep holding them in limbo. It's been 73 years already.

They're the ones who actually fought to join Pakistan. They've been demanding to join Pakistan for ages. It's time we listen to them.

Majority of GB people demand for constitutional rights, the are was gifted illegally to Dogra Raja of Kashmir by British, before the area was ruled by independent rulers. The GB was and is not part of Kashmir, people fought and kicked out Dogra forces without any help from Pakistan and then voluntarily inducted their area in Pakistan however I have read that many who fought for liberation were mistreated after merger perhaps it is the time to repay their efforts, quite right to provide facilities to people and end the foreign campaigns to create unrest in the area.
