Lets not decide which Muslim is a kaafir and let God decide that.. can we?

This is a pretty insulting post that was highlighted to me by a moderator for your permanent ban.

I meant same type of mullahs don't consider many others like ismaelis and shia muslims but will not say anything for obvious reasons. If state target 0.01% of population, not much will happen but if they target 20% of population then civil war will start. Maybe post was written in bit confusing way.

Sad that you think letting people serve the country on merit needs to be connected to the majoritarian oppression of a minority community. They and you can continue to think what you want about who or what they are, what that has to do with the affairs of advising on the economy is beyond me. The only story is that the majority are deluded and bigoted. Nothing, nothing that the ahmedis have done deserves the oppression the majority have heaped upon them. Mob mentality. I suppose you also think that the hindus had/have a reason to kill, oppress, and financially isolate Muslims - since they too are the majority and have their own convoluted reasons.
They are not a minority,, ask them if they are or not, their reply will be NO!!

Nothing more than religious bigotry
Its not. I have studied it, have had long debates and discussion keeping an open mind, you need to talk to one to really know what they claim and believe in and then you can see how it is in complete contradiction to what we claim and believe in being a Muslim. Both cannot be right, both cannot be Muslim.

What they believe in is of no value when matters of state are at stake

What pure Muslim has done in 70 years in this Pure land. Just violence on streets, roads, but never stood against human rights violations, we only see few civil activists but you will never see Molvi tolla on roads for human rights .
Blame Pakistani muslims for that, Mullahs as well as general public!! I am with you on this.

Increase in price of gas for domestic consumer was needed just not of the scale
It is not needed, made the perfect decision. Increase price of some thing else and keep has cheap. Cheap energy means cheap production and more competitive exports. :)

What difference does it make to you what they think of themselves as? That's where the narrow-mindedness and intellectual myopia comes in. They can think of themselves as whatever they want it won't change what the constitution says nor will it change your majoritarian view of them. How does what one self-identify as lead to the oppression, killing, and now enabling to serve ones country in an advising role?

That's the issue of false identity and it is not allowed anywhere in the world. Now if I start manufacturing cars or import from China, I ask the designers to copy the design shape and style of Mercedes-Benz and then market it as Mercedez-Benz, will I be allowed to do that in any civilised part of the world.
Furthermore, that's the topic for different thread and has been discussed and the constitution of Pakistan settled in 1973.
I don't want to engage in a endless discussion. And I totally support the decision taken by the state of Pakistan.

Actually, neither the design is copied nor the name is changed, only marketing rights are claimed.

This is what Qadianis believe. They say that the product ( Islam ) is perfect and requires no change or alteration, only a fresh and vigorous marketing agency is required to make the product reach the masses.

Theoretically speaking, there shouldn't be any objection as long as the original product is intact and copyrights aren't violated.

He wants to scrutinize CPEC. I will not stand with such a person be he a Muslim or what ever.

He might stand corrected. I've a feeling that he will stand corrected. Anyways only future will tell.

The point for now is that in the team of one dozen people it's good to have two or three persons with different and alternative opinion.

As to religion and politics...that is your opinion...the opinion of Allama Iqbal and mine differ....

Not to mention the opinion of the State of Pakistan, differs to yours....

You are quoting Allama Iqbal suggesting that state and religion cannot be separated, and still you are targeting Qadianis on the basis of very religion. You are not happy either way.

I don't think you guys realize the gravity of the situation and the seriousness of the consequences of including people from a community that outright refuses to accept the constitution and the law of the land. That is the defining difference between qadiyanis and other religious minorities; other religious minorities recognize and accept Pakistan's constitution and the law of the land while the qadiyani community refuses to submit to it. Forget about the Muslim and kafir issue, us Muslims are kafirs for christians, sikhs and hindus and vice versa so whatever, agree to disagree and move on with our lives because the common ground between the Muslims of Pakistan and the christians, sikhs and hindus of Pakistan is that we ALL whole heartedly accept and adhere to the constitution which gives these minorities the right to run for elections and hold public offices as allowed by the law. but the qadyanis not only reject the constitution, they consistently keep trying to attack it. If such people are allowed in governmental positions while not submitted to the constitution and Pakistan's laws, you will be opening the doors for every fitna to weasel its way into the government by citing people like atif mian and saying "that if he can be a part of the government while rejecting the constitution then why can't we". Get the picture?

Opposing one clause and rejecting whole of constitution are two different things. Opposition opposes a bill, but it gets passed by the majority and becomes law and part of constitution. Does it mean opposition is enemy of the state? This is the story of Qadianis. They object certain clause and register their protest on every forum. Their points are debatable and open to interpretation. State went one step ahead and decided their faith when they had already accepted the constitution. On state level there has to be one faith i.e. acceptance or rejection of constitution.
