In theory if woman or women sexually abused a male I can't see that going further then sexual molestation. Because for rape to happen requires penetration. Now I know when I get scared my penis goes into hiding. When I get excited and feel good it wakes up and extends.

Thus for penetration to occur the male must have drawn some pleasure or else his penis would not stand. In this event the most a female could do is mess with a withdrawn/flaccid penis. That would not lead to penetrative sex. Thus no rape. Thus only sexual molestation.

This is the worst punishment and serial rapists who raped a women infront of her kids deserve this for sure.
But only a dick should be amputated with testicles intact ,so he will have cravings for sex but can't do anything .He will have bullets but not a gun to shoot those bullets.
Must be in prison ofcourse till he gets old so he won't hurt the outside population in frustration. His prison room walls must be plastered with sunny Leone and Mia khalifa posters. And every week he should be given extra testosterone injections. And when his frustration gets out of control he is free to take it in the a$$ from other inmates .
And the lady he raped should be allowed to visit prison ,laugh and mock at him whenever she wants.
Any other suggestions how it can get more harsh ?

While the lady is laughing at him, entire prison should stand behind the lady

Once a year, on his D cutting anniversary, lady should visit him and he should paraded naked in front of entire jail. After the lady leaves, all jail staff should simply go for 6 hour long Smoke break to let inmates do whatever they want.

Punishment should also serve as deterrence not just punishment to criminal. So, capital punishment in public is the only way.

IIRC, couple of years ago, there was a case in Karachi in which a poor labour boy was abducted on street while he was going back home by multiple women(1 middle aged and 2/3 younger ones) and they they took him to secluded place, tied him up, repeatedly beat him and his D, sucked him dry, got penetrated multiple times for day or two, blindfolded him and then left him in some alley with him being half conscious and his D bleeding. I think, it turned out in the same news report or the follow up one that it wasn't the first case. I don't remember exactly whatever happened to that case afterwards.

Capital punishment will end his suffering too early. The longer he will survive in a sorry miserable existence he will deter other rapists.
The rape victim will have to live with it for the rest of her life ,so he too should suffer for the rest of his life.

A few years ago in Islamabad a moulvi was abducted by few bad girls for a night and they sucked him dry. They tried to kill his momin that night.

What about female rapists?

I remember one case of a young chap from university in Karachi who was given a drink by some females, who he described as attractive. He then passed out and awoke, strapped to a bed. They got him 'excited' and five girls took it in turns on him. The poor guy passed out, upon which they injected him with some sort of stimulant and forced viagra down him, and started again. He was suffering dehydration when the cops found him, after his parents reporting him missing.

They never found the girls, who were described as 'high society types'.
I've also been trying to find the spot he was duped for the last 21 years, in the hope I could come across them, but to no avail.
