he mentioned both, first he mentioned chemical castration which is being implemented also in many countries and then he talked about surgical one, although it seems like focus was much on the later...
If it comes to pass..i think the chemical one would be the one..since the liberal brigade mafia will see surgical as too "inhumane" or "painful" or whatever..

not sure about the law but probably capital punishment is not for all cases except for severe ones..so castration along with imprisonment for repeat offenders seems decent option..
and before anyone says..why not change law into hanging for all cases..well, the govt. benches had similarly suggested death penalty for child rapists..but it was the opposition and Bilawal and company who severelly opposed it and ammended it to life or 10 year punishment or something like that to agree to pass (currently opposition has majority numbers in senate)

I am not talking about 'rape' in brothel or sometimes in married life... but this case is severe.. Any case similar to this must be dealt by death.
Consensual sex with minor is considered a severe offence anyway, so raping minor is beyond that.

Emotional and stupid. Knowing the crooked judiciary in Pakistan it would only be a matter of time before they start locking up innocents and make a mockery of this, just like the blasphemy laws.

They need to increase the minimum jail sentence or give lethal injection, not this.

Death sentence is ziada sakht saza. For different types of rapes punishment should be different. Those people who have raped multiple times should be castrated.
