Islamic terror entered Centrals Asian Turkic nations... I guess they are trying to stop the Islamist but this is not how they should progress... Best they can do is educate people and teach them the idea of tolarance and respect the others rights. Teach them the gift called secularism.

I think you should not underestimate the good in humans hearth... If a urchin on the streets are able to share their hard found meal with dogs and cats in streets who are propably more satiated than them just because of their kindness, I am pretty sure there is no limitation for human kindness and helpfulness when they faced with equal kindness and help.
