All Google Services are working in Pakistan except for youtube and Android Market (Android Market is collateral damage). Basically Pakistani Government does not have the good infrastructure to ban individual videos or ban website properly (Just like any other bureaucratic BS Government Organization) so once they blocked youtube some people were still able to access youtube through various tricks.To close these exploits these idiots banned various google domains which Google uses for not only youtube but many other services (gstatic etc..) which is affecting other services as well.
