GOOD NEWS FOR INDIA: ISRAEL EASES UAV EXPORT RESTRICTIONS

Israel's defense ministry has eased the previously severe restrictions it had imposed on local companies seeking to export unmanned air systems. The change in policy was prompted by growing competition in the market for such equipment.
An Israeli defense industry source says that a change in attitude over recent months has been very clear. "We [now] receive export licences to countries that were banned before, and for systems that we could never dream of exporting," the source says. It has also become easier for companies to deliver on technology transfer requirements, the source says.
The defense ministry says the new guidelines are accompanied by strict "end user" agreements reached with customers, with penalties to be imposed if terms are breached. Its decision to ease controls on sales is intended to give Israel's defense industry better opportunities to compete in the international market.

This augurs well for India as the country is the largest buyer of Israeli made military drones.

Really, India has no options, it's funny you're easing you rules because you're losing market share in India. Both Israel and Russia will continue to lose orders. That's what's happening now anyway.

Buy from the US, where ever. The Russians also used to have the same ego, they've lost even to the Koreans recently. The BMP2 replacement, they will also lose. And also T90 replacement, you can bet they will also lose again. You can have your ego and continue to think this sector will be run the same like in the past 60+ years, you will continue to lose. Which is totally fine by me, you can pack your bags go to Pakistan and China.
