My favorite Sholay, I like dialogues of Gabbar more than Jai, Veeru and Thakur. Epic villain.

Some Malayalam movies(some are award winning). note that, there is a HUGE cultural difference and you have to tolerate the looks and attire to appreciate the films.
Not similar to Bollywood,Tamil or Telgo movies as generally Malayalam movies have realistic theme. also, the tulunad-kerala culture is slightly different than most of south India.
