Egyptian Rafale is vastly superior to Turkish F-16. F-16 can match up to Mirage 2000 but not Rafale. F-16 and Mirage 2000 are same generation. F-35 and Rafale are same generation. F-35 replaces F-16 the same way Rafale replaces Mirage 2000. It's no brainer Turkey at Watiya airbase cannot match up to Egypt at Jufra airbase.
